Check In an Check Out

• The check-in time is between 3PM to 5PM.
• Please make sure to notify us if you are unable to check in prior to 5PM on the check-in date for whatever reasons so we would know when to expect you in the evening or at night.
• Please fill out the Guest Information Form when you check in.  
  The check-out time is before 11AM the next day.
• Please make sure that you take all of your belongings with you and return the hotel keys.

Guest Number

• Please confirm with Kenting Comic B&B & Spring about the exact number of guests when you make the room booking.
• To uphold the quality standard of our guestrooms, no extra beds or beddings may be provided without prior requests when the room is booked.
• Please stick to the number of guests that you inform us about at the time of room booking.
• To book a room, Information shall be provided to us includes the exact number of guests (the number of adult, children, and baby guests). Kenting Comic B&B & Spring charges accommodation rates based on the booked room types and the number of checked-in guests.
• Children are also counted as hotel guests. To avoid further disputes, please make room booking in full compliance with our hotel policies. Your cooperation is much appreciated. 
• In circumstance where the actual number of guests exceeds the booked number of guests, Kenting Comic B&B & Spring reserves the right to refuse the guests to check in and charge 50% of the accommodation rates to compensate for the hotel’s financial loss for reserving the room till the guests arrive.

Costs for Extra Beds

• Additional charge of NT $ 1,000 is applicable for each additional guest. The fee includes complimentary breakfast and hot and cold hotel sulphur spa baths. 
• An additional NT $500 is applicable for having child guests under 90 cm in height and requiring no extra beds (only one additional child guest is allowed for each guestroom).  
• An additional NT $500 is applicable for child guests who are over 90 cm in height and require extra beds and breakfast (only one additional child guest is allowed for each guestroom).
• An additional NT $100 surcharge is applicable for each additional blanket and NT $30 for each additional pillow.

• 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM
• If your trip starts early, we can offer sandwiches to take away for you.

Facilities and Services

• We longer provide disposable toiletries and guests have to bring their own personal toiletries. The bathroom amenities include large and small towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.
• All accommodation rates include hotel service fee, complimentary nutritious breakfast, and natural sulphur hot & cold spa baths.
• For safety reasons and environmental concerns, smoking, cooking, and pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
• Guests are not allowed to bring pets to Kenting Comic B&B & Spring. The deposit money for reserving accommodation at Kenting Comic B&B&Spring is non-refundable if guests are denied checking in to the hotel due to having pets with them. Shall similar incidents occur after the guests check in and the guests refuse to follow Kenting Comic B&B & Spring personnel’s instructions, Kenting Comic B&B & Spring reserves the right to demand the guests to check out immediately and the accommodation fee is non-refundable.
• To ensure the entitled rights of Kenting Comic B&B & Spring guests, visitors are not allowed in the hotel area.
• Please use all hotel amenities and facilities with due care. Guests who damage any hotel amenities or facilities will be charged with a fair market cost of repair or fair market replacement value of the damaged items.

Additional notes on outdoor activities

• Natural sulphur hot and cold spring water is supplied to guestroom bathrooms and outdoor bath areas. As such, please do not leave children alone at bathrooms to preclude occurrence of incidents!
• Guests who go out at nighttime should turn off the lights and shut the curtains at the guest rooms to avoid the invasion of insects that are attracted to light!!
• Noise and light pollutions：The host at Kenting Comic B&B & Spring adores the ocean, mountains, and tranquillity in Kenting and aspires to guide our guests to rediscover the beauty of Taiwan and respect all living beings in the wildlife. With only television programs provided by transitional terrestrial television stations and with neither karaoke nor strong lighting, the B&B hotel values tranquility and embracing nature. It is also one of the rare areas without street lights in the national park (star-watching area). As such, please keep your speaking voice down before 8AM and after 10PM to avoid disturbing your neighbors.
• Setting off fireworks and fire crackers are forbidden in the national park!!
• Kenting Comic B&B & Spring and area in the vicinity of the hotel are under the surveillance and guard of police force, and national park police officers patrol this area regularly. For enhanced security on personal safety, each hotel guest is also covered by policies of the public liability insurance!!
• Located in close proximity to Maopitou Park, Kenting Comic B&B & Spring is in the mid of beautiful and breathtaking natural sceneries where abrupt commercial signs only ruin the tranquil setting. However, we still have small signs to guide you to our hotel. Please take you time, have a pleasant and relaxing road trip along those winding roads with scenic views, and follow the blue sky, emerald water, and drifting clouds to find us! (Of course, the drifting clouds are going elsewhere eventually and we should use our cell phones to stay in touch!)
